Change of Shipping Address / Cancel order
and credit card company fees

Once we have sent a "pre-made" order to our shipping department it generally can not be retrieved or refunded (so let us know very quickly). **Due to PayPal's new policy changes, they now effectively charge fees to cancel orders, or to change a shipping address. If you want to cancel your order or change a shipping address you must pay PayPal's fees first. PayPal's fees range effectively between 2.9% and 5%, plus $0.60. We send out a "cancel order" invoice to your email upon request if your order has not gone too far through our shipping process. Please do ask questions if you are unsure about a choice before ordering (we are very happy to help),
